I have been personally practicing Pilates for over 20 years and have been teaching for almost 4 years. I earned my comprehensive certification through Club Pilates teacher training program. I feel my Maters Degree in Education helps me design and implement appropriate Pilates sessions for my classes that meet every bodies' physical needs and goals. I love the boutique structure of our studio because it allows for more personal attention and an atmosphere that fosters friendships.
I believe bodies in motion stay in motion, so let's keep moving together.

As a Pilates instructor with a degree in Clinical Exercise Science , I am passionate about using movement to help people heal and thrive. My Pilates journey began 3 years ago when I met La at the physical therapy clinic where I was working. I quickly fell in love with Pilates and its holistic approach to fitness and rehabilitation. With my educational background in clinical science, my mission is to helps others understand and listen to their bodies, guiding them toward strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
When I am not teaching Pilates, you can find me playing golf, reading, or spending time with my two cats :)

Jennifer Eckert
Instructor - Sub
I am a certified Pilates instructor through Club Pilates and also hold both foundational and advanced yoga certifications. I've been teaching fitness for over 10 years, guiding clients through multiple formats but Pilates has always had my heart for the way it builds strength, balance, and mindful movement. Hot yoga also remains one of my great passions.
My journey has included managing group fitness programs and leading teams of instructors, but what I love most is simply teaching and helping others feel strong and confident in their bodies. When I'm not in the studio or on the mat, l work as a paraprofessional at a high school, where I enjoy supporting and mentoring teens.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, our three kids, two huskies and a few spoiled cats. Pilates for me is about community, strength, and joy in movement and I can't wait to share that with you in class!

We kick things off with energizing footwork, then flow through a full-body workout designed to build core strength, lengthen muscles, and boost flexibility. You'll sculpt a long, lean body while improving balance—inside and out. This dynamic class uses the Reformer as the main star, with some fun cameos from the Tower and Mat for variety and challenge!

Take a deep breath and let it go...
This stretch-focused class gently moves your body through a variety of laying down, seated, and standing positions to release tension, boost flexibility, and reconnect mind and body. You'll flow through calming stretches using the Reformer, Tower, and floor work on the Mat—perfect for unwinding from the week and leaving your body feeling open and refreshed.
